The third bedroom has 1 twin bed and 1 twin daybed with twin trundle that can convert to a King bed if needed. The home sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably, and the kitchen and living spaces are set up for gathering, meal prep, and relaxation. The basement has laundry, a new half-bathroom, and game tables. We’ve stocked the home with everything from toys and books to a high chair, pack-and-play, wagon, and baby basics — so you can pack lighter and travel easier.

Outside, enjoy one of Dogtown’s rare treasures: a spacious, private fenced backyard on a double lot. Play yard games, let the kids run, relax around the fire pit, or sip morning coffee on the oversized front porch. With off-street parking, you’ll never worry about finding a spot. Walk just 10 minutes down the road to a playground near the Zoo entrance!

This home just had its 100 year birthday last year! As with any century home, you may notice a few quirks along the way--creaky floors, unique angles, and the kind of personality that comes from a home that's been well-loved for generations. We've thoughtfully updated the space for modern comfort while preserving what makes it special.

Located in the heart of Clayton-Tamm/Dogtown, the home is surrounded by local restaurants, pubs, parks, and neighbors who love the community. Because of this vibrant setting, you may occasionally hear normal city sounds --passing cars, neighbors enjoying their yards, or the friendly bark of a nearby dog.

For everyone's safety, the property is equipped with exterior Ring cameras at the front and back entrances. There are NO cameras inside the home. We also use industry-standard noise and smoke monitoring devices to help ensure a peaceful environment for guests and neighbor. These devices do not record conversations and are solely used to detect excessive noise or cigarette/marijuana smoke, in accordance with local regulations and house rules.
